Saturday- Sword Training, Staff Training
Sunday- Bodyweight, Shaolin Training, Wing Chun Training, Jeet Kune Do Training, Tui Shan Zhang, Gung Gee Fuk Fu Kuen

Week B
Monday- Kettlebell Workout, Shaolin Training
Tuesday- Weighted Bodyweight, Hand-and-a-half sword training
Wednesday- Wednesday Eki Tai Ko Gym Lesson with my disciples, Ab Workout
Thursday- Full Body Bodyweight, Swimming
Friday- Jump Rope, Weights, Bodyweight
