Tuesday-Mixed workout plus martial arts theory:
-Kettle-bell workout
- Hung Gar Kung Fu

Wednesday- Bodyweight Upper Body:
-ab workout
-upper body workout

Thurday- Jeet Kune Do:
-ab workout
-Jeet Kune Do Theory and practice
-skipping
-dumbbells

Friday- Weights Day:
-Dumbbell Workout
-Shaolin Grappling Techniques

Saturday- General Martial Arts:
-meditation
-full body bodyweight workout
-pressure point study
-Shaolin Finger training
-Hung Gar Kung Fu

Sunday- More intense specific Martial Arts:
-workout of any kind
-punches
-pushups, palm strikes, arm strikes
-Shaolin Traditional Training Methods
-Shaolin Flexibility & Balance Exercises
