WEEK A
Fighter’s Warmup- 5 minutes
Power Ball (medicine ball) Workout- 20 mins
Wing Chun Drills- 20 mins
Dan Chi Sau (Single Sticking Hands)
Lap Sau Drill
Pak Sau Drill
Chi Sau Techniques
Shaolin Training- 30 mins
Shaolin Warm-Up: arm leg and trunk rotations
Shaolin Endurance Exercises: Treadmill 1km run
Shaolin Stretching Exercises: Lan Seng Bai Fo
Shaolin Balance Exercises: Dan Tui Zhang
Xian Ren Gong Shou: The Saint Hermit Greets
Horse Stance (MA DANG BU)- 1minute, 3 minute, 5 minute, 5+
Bow Stance (GONG JIAN BU GONG)- 1 minute, 3 minute, 5 minute, 5+
Circle RUYI: RuYi Quan
Supported Leg Raise Stretch
Striking Maths Textbook
End with 10 Push-Ups, 5 Wide Push-Ups, 5 Close-Grip Push-Ups with 5-15kg of weight on back
Week B
